Title: Time for something strange to figure out. Turtle head spirit stick

Any guesses on age or tribe?  I got it here in Maine so I'm thinking Penobscot but not sure.  Looks kind of vintage?  His eyes are real turquoise.  Listed him on Ebay tons of views no purchase.  Thoughts?
