Title: QianLong period export tea port or a new replica?

I am having some debates with my Chinese friends regarding to this item. Although they were right in most cases before, I actually think I have a chance to be right this time (I think this item could be from pre-1800 period, and my Chinese friends do not think so).

Yes, late 18th, early 19th century so possibly Qianlong.
