Title: Need some help on 2 mcm chairs

I know it's not antique, but you guys are so knowledgeable, maybe you could help?

I want to sell these 2 chairs, but some of the prices I'm seeing on mcm stuff is crazy high.  I don't want to start with a low asking price.  

The chrome one is Thayer Coggin.  I'm seeing a lot of similar chairs, but without the "t-back" and with arm pads

The leather chair doesn't have any tags.
