Title: Here is the vase I need help with !!

Its a simple little vase with rough pontil !! It feels like satin glass, pretty nice enameling,, just not fancy !! It is cased glass I think and has a signature but its almost invisible !! Its like it was written with a fine tip ball point pen then wore off !! I can make out P then a space TA !!  One word to the left of the sig, looks like iaml or something similar Name looks like Sal P__ta and has numbers 110/4/204g as best I can make out !!
Ideas anyone ??

Have no earthly idea but the vase is absolutely gorgeous.  Are you putting it on your ebay site? It should do well!
