Sugar,

Found this with a google search

http://www.google.com/url?sa=i&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=images&cd=&cad=rja&uact=8&docid=_aAvE6QgDAh7mM&tbnid=PbXQOfmvdchg6M:&ved=0CAMQjhw&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.com%2Fitm%2FOLDER-VINTAGE-OVAL-PRESSED-GLASS-RELISH-DISH-FANS-DIAMONDS-%2F370974310634&ei=mH5dU6SAEonm8AGHpICACg&bvm=bv.65397613,d.b2U&psig=AFQjCNGfFbPkZzbbYtBlA-rklB8ArjSOfw&ust=1398722426711020

Couldn't find the item on this page, but try combinations of Depression, Pressed glass, Diamond, fan, and plate.

Good luck!

EAPG,, Early American Pressed Glass,, I would just say "tray" or "platter" to cover all !!
