I'll make a guess and say its name is ...... the "Impregnator" or "Fertility Devil".  ;D ;D ;D

How did you acquire it.

Is it made of metal, ...... brass, bronze, etc.?

it was at the bottom of a box of iteams i got from an auction. i don't think it belonged in the box because everything else was antique Chinese artifacts.
And I'm just pretty sure it is made out of bronze but I don't know.

Looks like a bad imitation of a ancient greek Satyr statuette. These are sold in Greece as souvenirs, but it may have been made somewhere else of course.
