Hi, this is an example of Chinese Qianjiang porcelain. It should date to the early 20th century. The apllied red seal means that it left China after 1949. The iron-red seal on the bottom could be a Shende Tang Zhi Mark (look for it here: http://gotheborg.com/marks/20thcenturychina.shtml), but as it is partly covered I am not sure.  A lot of information on Qianjiang porcelain you can find on this site: http://www.koh-antique.com/qj/qjmain.html
