Title: Warschau old print ?

Just another find and who is able to read what's written and knows the castle by name ?  Thanks

The castle has French and German characteristics. 

Can't find anything on the writing....still looking.

Been looking also but still have figured out what's been written . So do you  have better sight in this handwriting ?
