Title: French brass enamel candlestick holders

A pair of cherubs (boy & girl) in brass with enamel decoration.
Slightly off from vertical, as you can see in the pics, apparently this is normal?
245 grams each
5.5" tall
3.25" base diameter
they are similar to some other listings ive found, but im put off by the bottom of the base, it just looks too modern.
