Title: Any help identifying ceramic marked decanter

Any thoughts? Ideas on age? Heavy forged metal chain. No seems in ceramic. I hope this message isn't a duplicate I don't believe my last one posted.

Well, the chain is the same as was used on many things back in late 60`s and 70`s !!  Spanish revival era !! And since its a grape leaf on one side,,my guess is a brandy bottle from Spain !!
