Title: Hopefully an easy one -- copper or bronze (?) antique hanging plate (?)

I have no idea what this is, its age (probably 1940s-60s) nor the material (either bronze or copper I think).  Here are front and back scans.  There are no markings.  Diameter is 12", weight is 1 lb 8.5 oz.  Any familiarity with this piece?  Any value?

It looks like copper,,where its from,, I have no clue !!  Its a pretty plate and was designed as a wall hanger !! Don`t think its too old and I am sure it would sell easily !! Just don1t know for how much !! Check ebay and see " decorative copper plates" !!  Don`t know why but Morocco comes to mind !!
