Hi, I buy this old plate. really is very beautiful. I like know if this is italian. Or wath. Take the number 197 in red in the back.

These are usually Austrian or Bohemian, although they try to copy them in South East Asia

Without a mark it's difficult but it doesn't look particularly valuable. The border and design doesn't particularly suit the subject matter.
Looks like an imitation piece to me
