Title: Floral candle holder i presume

I know someone can help me with this makers mark.  i have found similar but the color on leaves are lighter and different.

That is a typical Capodimonte rose. The N with crown is hard to date as ir was used for over a hundred years. If I could read what it says underneath it would help.

I can't read the words underneath it .  it is made in?????? just can't make it out
