Title: Pewter small jug?

Hi everyone! I found this at a sale and am curious about it. I know nothing. It says england on the bottom and had W M at the top of what seems to be a rubbed down logo maybe? It has 4 little symbols that I'm not sure what they are I don't have a magnifying glass. Any help is appreciated.

Can you tell what the small touchmarks are ??  How big is this jug ??
