Title: Help! Mosaic Pin, can't identify

Found this pin after my great-grandmother passed away a few years back. I have been unable to find something like it online. There are many other micro mosaic flower pins, but they all seem really different. If someone could help me identify it, tell me its worth(less)... I would really appreciate it! Thanks

Can we see the back ??  It reminds me of the mosaic pins, bracelets and necklaces made in Italy and sold at the International Pavilions at most state fairs !!

Looks like Italian and I wouldn't be surprised if it states somewhere on the pin Made in Italy... I have sold many pieces in my day.
