I am not sure what the mark says, it looks like a reign mark. In this link ( http://www.xupes.com/Antiques-Fine-Art/Product-Details/5482/CHINESE-SANCAI-GLAZED-VASE/Exceptional-Large-Antique-Chinese-Key-Pattern-Sancai-Glazed-Vase-1920th-C.html ) there is a comparable vase, which is dated to late 19th - early 20th century. However, my feeling is that both vases are rather new. Of course I could be wrong...  :)
