Title: Need history on old desk

Looked on web and on this forum for any info on a nice desk. It has several tags with Comb. Wal. 3493 60 95300. It also has a metal spring loaded hinge that says SENG CHICAGO 38. I found some info on Seng. Just trying to find some info on this maker.
