Title: Vintage Brass Enamel Silent Butler?

It says "China" on bottom. I tried searching on eBay. I see a similar one called a "Silent Butler". Is that the correct term for this item? Does it have much worth? Thank you.

These are made in many countries and in many shapes and forms !! I think this one is similar to yours and also marked "China" !!

These are plentiful and are used for decor.
