Hy everyone!
I'm new on this site and I would be greatful if someone could tell me more about the ring if it's possible.
I also did some research but I didn't found anything about it.
The ring is old in my oppinion. Also in the inside of it it's written "Franc Ios IDG Avstriae Imperator".
I would like to know more about it and what value do it have.
Thanks a lot and sorry for my bad english!!!

It seems that your ring was made out of a silver coin of emperor Franz Joseph of Austria.

Hi and welcome!
I agree that it "seems" to be a coin...but can't see well enough to see if in fact it was a coin originally or made in the likeness of a coin.

I will add more pics soon and I hope that then someone will tell me it's value.

My opinion for what its worth, is its made of low grade coin silver 800 possibly less and its only value as a broken ring made from a very worn coin, at least the coin is now very worn. It has only scrap value on its weight which I am guess is next to nothing. Current gold and silver prices per weight are easily found on the net.
