Any help would be appreciated in identifying these 2 glass pieces. The wine glass has flowers and the little red one is plain with lines.
-
Is anything marked on the bottom ??
-
No. This is why I am having such a hard time.
-
Too hard to tell the pattern on the clear one. Is it pitted or just needs cleaning?
-
It just needs a really good cleaning. This is in a very old home (1858) filled to the hilt with antiques. The owner(who is 84) needs to get rid of some items (they belonged to his mother). I did a real quick look through and took "horrible" pictures. LOL. I will be returning tomorrow to go through more glass items he has and I am prepared this time to take better pictures. I apologize for the quality of pictures. I know it makes it difficult for others when they try to answer my questions.
It looks to have flower and leaves on it.
Thanks

Try to get a better pic of the red one too !! Its on the dark side !!

Thanks much for the advice. I do appreciate it!

I did find this picture in the collection of pictures that I took last time. See what I mean about all the different glass?? And that's only one shelf in a 5 shelf cabinet!

The little red glasses. I posted better pictures of these. I am in the process of adding better pictures of the other glasses I was asking about. Thanks
-
I have included better pictures of the detail and bottom of the clear glasses I was asking about. I hope this helps.
Thanks

Is the red one Bohemian I wonder though it would normally have acid etching.. possibly Cranberry but a bit bright for that even

Your red footed tumblers were produced by Paden City in ruby red they also produced them in amber off the top of my head. Your etched stems appear to be some form of Candlewick, but by what company could take days to search. search etched candlewick stems or a variation of that and hopefully you will find a match, good luck. :)
