I'm not the glass person you are looking for, but I'll say: "Beaded Dahlia" by the Consolidated Lamp & Glass Co.

Rauville nailed it!  This pattern came in 6 color variations with blue being the least in value! 

Here's a couple currently on market in VERY GOOD CONDITION.  Note the ones you have shown have some challenges with the tops!
