Title: Anyone know vinatge Hispanic/ Mexican ?? Acrylic paintings?

Hi all
First time on here
Looking for help identifying and valuing this acrylic painting signed by Carlos Dias?
After much research I can't find anything similar to compare.
Any help would be much appreciated

Sorry had to make a grocery run today,, just got back !! There is a Peruvian artist by that name,,Carlos Diaz !! In fact there may be two,, one in Peru and another somewhere else in South America or Mexico !! Didn`t have time to look through all listings !!  His name is a common one so its tracking down the correct one by the painting style next !!

I call it "modern impressionist" Many of the mainstream artists were doing this type of work in the 1970`s and 80`s !! Good acrylics and fast dry times let them use a thick impasto technique !!  Then the 90`s many went to an almost photo realism similar to Thomas Kincaid and G. Harvey !!
