Hello, I can't seem to find any info on this clock. It's interesting though. Has a couple of kids around what looks to be some kind of container with the word COTTON on it.
The back reads:
Waterbury Clock CO. USA
PATENTED
JAN, 15. 1878
MAY, 6. 1890
DEC, 23. 1890
JAN, 13. 1890

There was some discussion on a similar clock here: http://mb.nawcc.org/showthread.php?38201-WATERBURY-CLOCK-PLEASE-HELP! (http://mb.nawcc.org/showthread.php?38201-WATERBURY-CLOCK-PLEASE-HELP!)
Here (about halfway down the page) is just the figural match holder: http://www.eleganteraantiques.com/Miscellaneus.html (http://www.eleganteraantiques.com/Miscellaneus.html)
