I found this beautiful... I don't know what it actually is  :D
Ceramic and blue. Looks old. Its nice :)
Bird feeder? Or? Whats that?

Its about 90 mm. tall and about 140 mm. wide.

That wouldn`t hold enough bird feed for the next ten minutes at the rate I am feeding corn to the birds here !!  It really looks to me like a soap dish or for scrubber in the kitchen !! That's the only reason I can think of for those holes !! Can`t keep soap wet or it melts and would air dry the scrubber !!

My first impression was a homemade piece that could hold incense or potpourri.
