They are all different !! It may tell you the region where it was made and the period, sometimes it will tell you which factory produced it, or a family !!  Some of the other members are better with these than I am !! Maybe they will take a look later !! Mat or KC might recognize the characters !!

Believe this is a Chinese makers mark.  Have seen this mark on Chinese fish bowls and large pots at garden centers.  A modern mark.
