What I know:
- It's from 1909
- It was printed in Seattle
Any additional information is appreciated, I'm really curious If this possibly has any value whatsoever.

One of the interesting exhibits of this event was the "Baby Incubator Building", along with a raffle held for a month-old baby! :o
