Title: Copper dish - holland angel fish?

I have found a pretty little dish and I am trying to find out the origin. It is signed but I can not find out who it is. Does anyone have any ideas?

I have looked at this several times but can`t make heads or tails of the signature !!  Don`t even know if its right side up or down !! But as it looks in the pics,, my best guess is "henry" !!
