I've been trying to figure out what this little pin is for weeks, anyone have any idea?  ???

Me thinks it is a "tie tack" with a company "logo".

Flag of the Canadian Province of Alberta. 1990's. Maybe  $5 lapel or tie tack

I thought the name might be "Alberta" but he shape of the "e" confused me.

Believe this would be called a "lapel pin".  Fun tourist item most of the time.
