I only see "England."  Where does it say De Bray? The mark is not that clear when I enlarge it. I looked online and came up with a pottery in Kansas with that name which is a repair business. There was also a Dutch painter named Jan De Bray. The piece appears to date from around 1900.

Thought I would just post the link to this one !!  Same mark but more research is needed to determine value !!  Most pottery does not sell that well in todays market but its worth checking !!

That's the decorators name not the maker of the vase !!  These potteries had many decorators !! You can look under the pottery mark and name at the link I gave, then see if this individual decorator is listed and what the pieces painted by them are worth !!  Some decorators are worth more than others !!
