Bottom !!  I see nothing that indicates age or use on the feet !!  Is that a lotus blossom on top ??  Chinese repro ??  I can`t find anything similar by any of the makers I am familiar with !!

My first impression is that it was made in Japan for Lefton. It has that look to it however, searching all over I can't find anything that even closely resembled it. Lefton used foil labels that would easily fall off that matte finish. My guess is Japan on this. It is just a guess.
