Having an issue with posting pictures from my tablet now and my fancy phone too! My son calls it the landing strip!

Evidently the pics she sent were desktop shortcuts and no way I have found will they load here !! I even tried to move them to my desktop and it was a no-go !! The link showed here but the pic didn`t !!
