I'd go with tourist souvenir item , since the Admiral Benbow pub is well known , in literature & such ....
maybe like 'Hurricane glasses' (in New Orleans) that are purchased with the drink .

Just did a google search (souvenir glasses from Admiral Benbow Pub) & it turned up images of ones that look like yours (with stems) , sc .
