Title: wooden baby stroller

I have a stroller that was made during the WW II era.  It is made completely of wood and has the words, "Victory Walker" painted on it.

I have been unable to find any information on this stroller.

Can someone please help???!!!

victory walker was made by ( BANDAI TOY CO.) 1950'S.
