Title: 5" tall Brass Demon? Cork Screw

Measures approx. 5" tall. Looks like some type of demon? or something? I couldn't find one like this on eBay. Is it rare? unique? Bought it at a thrift store for a few bucks or so. Had tag underneath that said $30.00 originally.

I think it is supposed  to be a Satyr. I have seen those being sold as a souvenir in Greece.
