Good Morning,
I am back again and need your advice. I can not identify this vase. Another thrift store find I've had for several years. I found it at a Goodwill in Georgia (USA). Measuring approximately 8 1/4" by 6".
During my research I stumbled across the early 20th century pottery from PEWABIC. The vase appears to be
unmarked however I found a similar glazed vase at an Antique Road footage featuring two vintage PEWABIC vases. (I am always looking for the diamond in the rough). http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/roadshow/season/18/detroit-mi/appraisals/early-20th-c-pewabic-pottery--201301A51
After which my heart rate increased WHEW!! Wouldn't it be nice if it was. Please take a
look at the photos and tell me what you think. Thanks in advance.

Another photo of bottom, I was trying to eliminate the glare.

I am afraid these pics are not good enough to even guess !! There was a website that I looked at where you could send pics to have them verified and see what it may be worth if it is Pewabic !! Will try to find it for you tomorrow if needed !! There were some pieces of this pottery that were unmarked from before the pottery was formed as a business !!

Only place I have heard of is the historians/potters at Pewabic Pottery in MI.

Thank you for replies. Mart...I hope you can locate website address. KC...are you saying that the item would need to be taken to the facility in MI.? Or is it accessible online?

Hi,
I know it's a long shot. I tried scanning the bottom and added the pictures below.

Go to the bottom paragraph !! You need to make sure the colors look as accurate as possible in the pics !! I would take the pics outside in natural light for best resolution !! Good luck and let us know !!

Thanks Mart, I'm on it! Will keep you up to date.

Dantes, I would try and contact them to inquire via internet. Try Mart's link...it seems like a good one.
Best of luck and let us know! :)
