Title: Made in Spain "O" plate Majolica?

Hello!  I finally bought a set of these two plates at the thrift store.  They've been sitting there for months and I just couldn't resist!  I am wondering what they are.  On the back of the small plate it says Made in Spain.  On the back of the larger plate, there is a small +04 in green.  Both of the plates are stamped with a capital O.  Are they majolica?  Any information would be appreciated!  Thank you!
