Title: St Cecilia Antique print question

I just got this antique print.  It has the print number as 2006.  Does anyone know what kind of print it would be?  Who did the print?  Why my subject is facing the opposite direction of all the other ones I see on the internet???? ???  Date of print?  Thank you.

You will probably have to take it out of the frame to find out,,if its written at all !!  Usually the publisher info is on the border,,ocassionally it will be on the back !!  That's a pretty modern frame  could be a reprint from 2006 !!
