Title: Need help with artistic oil painting with signature - UK London ?

I have a hard time naming the artist of these two oil paintings.

Its believed that they are painted in oil and the artist must have lived in London in the 90s?

It is signed and the year of production ''91 is also mentioned.

The signature reads what looks like M Y with a square inside, someone familiar with this signature or knows a British artist with the initials M.Y.???
Could also be a non British artist ho lived there in the 90's?

They came out of a storage based in London and you can also see the Tower Bridge of the city in one of the paintings
(but I could be wrong and it could be a other city or building???)

I do not have the resources or art knowledge like many other individuals.

Any help is welcome thank you.

Pics are too large for my computer !!  They crash my computer !!  If you can remove those and post according to site parameters we can enlarge them if needed !! We can not do that with this size pic,, or at least I can`t !!

that is strange. I have here at least 4 different computers and none of them have problems loading the pictures.
try it with the direct links.

Could be Russian, looking at the style of the painting and the letters in the monongram

This is a painting by Oskar Rabin, a celebrated Russian artist. Similar style.
