I've had these pieces for years, can't say exactly how long, but I did some collecting in the 1970s and bought mostly at rummage and garage sales. I was looking to identify the maker of some pieces from the marks on them. Any help appreciated.

Hi Debodun,
What do you think the writing or letters say?

The first brooch says "Sterling" "Taxco" "925" "Mex" "P.A." . Which of course means it was made in Taxco Mexico of 925 Sterling Silver by P.A.
There are a lot of unidentified Silversmith Maker Marks from Mexico and tracking down the name for the P.A. initials may be a little difficult. I don't know the name for the initials P.A. but good luck.

I couldn't find a sterling and abalone pin that had sold but here is a link to a similar pinwheel flower on sale on eBay. It might give you an idea on value when or if it sells.

They are looking for $65
