Hi Im Thomas From Edinburgh Scotland,

I found your site today and look forward to my new hobby of collecting things .

I found 2 old books at a car boot this morning and wanted to find out if they are worth anything

One is
 by Marcus Ward and Co Ltd  and dated 1885
One is " Merry Birthday Thoughts Birthday Book "

Other is  a Dairy Light and Love from 1916

Just wondered if they are of any value .

The first one won't be worth much, maybe £5-10 depending on condition

Have you typed the title of the second correctly ?

Thank you , I did miss type

The second one is "Daily Light & love .

I cant get the pictures to upload ,perhaps the file size is too large .

Much obliged for your replies .

I have other glass decanters I would love you to see so i will attempt a more careful post next time .

Yes,, sometimes if too large the pics do not load !! Try resizing to about 3000kb !! Should be OK then !!
