I have tried to post a question for 2 days but I keep getting an error message when adding pictures. I thought it was the size so I resized them and still I'm getting an error message. When I read JerryK's post I realized there must be a problem. Anyone else having issues with this? Thanks

What size are your pics ??

I will have to look tomorrow on my PC. I tried posting them from my tablet and phone. Then sent them to my email and resized them and I still got an error. The poster Jerryk earlier said he was also getting an error on resized pics so I thought there may be an issue with the site. My sister is going to email me new pics to try. She has a fancy digital camera!!! If that doesn't work then maybe admin needs to have a look??? I gotta get supper for my DH or he's gunna be screaming! Lol! I'm getting a late start because we had a lost doggie come strolling up tonight. I had to get pics of him and post to the lost and found pet sites locally. Whew! What a night! He's so cute and I sure hope he's lost and someone didn't just dump him!

Hi Jisherf,
Every time I have had trouble with photos it has been when I have used a tablet or phone. Never seemed to have an issue using a desk top computer. Wonder if Ed has any idea why that happens?

Pelady I thought that was the problem although all others have posted from my phone. I tried it from my PC and it did not work either. I'll try again tomorrow.

Open one of the pictures on your computer with your photo program.
Then "right" click on that photo ..... and a drop-down "window" should appear.
And in that "window" ........ "left" click on ...... 'Properties'.
A new "window" will appear that defines the physical properties (img type, physical size, # of pixels in KB or MB), etc.
Now, ....... if the physical properties of your photo ..... are not those that the AQF software will accept for an "upload" of a photograph ...... then you will have to "convert" your photo files to the "format" that AQF will accept.
BUT, ........ if the "format" of your photos are in agreement with the "format" restrictions stipulated by the AQF "upload" instructions ........ and said "upload" still fails ..... then it is probably an AQF "server" problem ..... or maybe even a problem with your PC ...... or your ISP.
Now I just purchased a new Dell Inspiron 3452 with Windows 10 ..... and it is still full of software "bugs" that are driving me looney. And I haven't attempted to use it to "upload" a photo to AQF .... but wouldn't be surprised if it "FAILED".
And due to my experiences during the past 30 days, ....... IMHO, ........ Windows 10 is not only a headache ..... but a piece of crap that is not "user friendly" to old senior citizens like myself.

According to KC, Ed is working on it. Its been a week now and very frustrating. Lol! When it does get fixed we ought to have a lot of new items to "help" with. That will be fun!
