Title: 12k gold filled?

I have this metal chain, it's stamped 1/20 12K...is it gold-filled? I remember gold-filled items saying the 1/20 part. But, it also said 1/20 12k gf. But this piece doesn;t have the gf added. Thank you.

It is basically telling you the same thing.  1/20 and 12kt means gold filled.  This is meeting government regulations regarding amount of gold on gold filled items.  (Gold plated items aren't regulated this way).
