Both are Satsuma style pottery from Awata/Kyoto, not of the best quality. The one with the three feet I would think dates around 1900, the other one with the mark a bit later, 1920s-1930s. The mark reads Seizan. I have no information on that maker, there were many and little is known about the less prominent workshops...
