Have heard that a million times !!  What is it ??  Only thing I can think of is from "The Nutcracker Suite" !!  Can`t remember the name !!

I can remember seeing an old movie with the people waltzing briskly to this one in a large ballroom.  Thinking....

It is Waltz of the Flowers (Nutcracker Suite) by Tchaikovsky!!!!

 That all I remember too !! I think your right about Tchaikovsky but can`t remember the name !!  I keep wanting to say " Waltz in D Minor"  but that was Brahms I think !!

I read that backwards KC !!  I though you typed "Is it" instead of "It is" !!  Glasses may need cleaning !!   :)
