Title: Need help identifying this plate!

Hey guys,

I have just got this plate and it is wedgewood magnolia. I have looked online everywhere but can't find much about it.
It has some codes engraved into the china, as you will seein the photos i will attach. Also is this plate worth anything?

The engraved code looks like "5L34" but not 100% sure.

Looks like 1970's dishes :  Here is a blue, white, & yellow plate
