marked 25.00 at goodwill but paid 1.99

what did I buy?

Looks like a 1960s jar, judging from the graphics. $1.99 is an excellent deal; I would have priced it at $25-$30.

Most likely from China !!  Can`t remember warnings like the one on bottom coming from other countries !!

Looks more like hand colored !!  There is no painting here !!  The outline was there and the coloring was added !!  Similar to a coloring book where you outline then add the color !!
