Title: Help identify logo, please

I have 2 of these bowls.
A 7" and a 6" diameter.
I can't make out what it says around the "shield" logo.
Does anyone recognize what it is?

I believe it is Waechtersbach !!  Don`t ask me how to pronounce it !!  Link above !!
