I checked “Dragonware” teapots on Google “image” and this is the only one I found with a handle similar to the “posted” one, to wit:

Thank you for your responses. These are so hard to narrow down.
-
Send Ipcress or Mat a PM and ask them to look at it !! They would not mind !!
-
How nany claws does the Dragon have? That would help narrowing down from which country it comes. Do I see right that there are four claws on each paw? Then it would be Chinese... I cannot read the mark unfortunately.

There you are !! Thanks Mat !! Is it common to see that greek key design around the perimeter of the mark ?? I have never seen that before !!
-
I have seen Yixing teapots with such a border around the mark, so it does appear on Chinese items...
-
Doesn't appear to be that old to me. The dragon chasing the flaming pearl is a familiar design but....

Ditto what Mat said about the key design is seen on Chinese items.
