Title: This one has me stumped

I came across this piece when I was going through some things. It has no markings on it that would tell where it is from or who made it. It does have some writing on it that I believe is Chinese but I have no idea what it means. I have done a search online and still come up with nothing. Not sure where to go from here.

Similar technique,, some of these incorporate shells along with the ceramic !!  Mat can probably tell more about this art form !!

Mart that is a very nice piece. It looks to have the same fragile tips as this one. I kinda feel like I have been open upped to a whole new world when I inherited everything!
