Hi Guys-
My grandfather had a mirror. My father got it and during several moves the mirror was broken. I now have the frame. I was thinking about restoring it back to a mirror and noticed the classic Kittinger mark. Here are my questions-
1. I cannot find any info on this mirror anywhere. Can you help?
2. Should I restore it and make it back into a mirror? Or-
3. Should I try to find an actual antique collector who would want the frame, as is and not restored?
Please advise and thank you for your help-
Mike

Kittinger made quality reproduction furniture !! I believe they are out of business now !! If it were mine and I had a use for it, I would just replace the mirror and use it !! The style is mid century or so no great value there unless someone just needed that size/style to fit a particular space !!

Agree with Mart. I'd restore the mirror as well; an empty reproduction frame will probably not bring a whole lot on it's own.
